     Combine the powers of Integrative Health Coaching and focused, specialized bodywork to bring your body and life back into alignment and create space for pregnancy. Learn about charting your cycle, creating fertility awareness, methods to help manage stress, get better sleep, and more.  Create food and lifestyle changes to balance the body and boost vitality. 

     Working together we create a custom program package to guide and support you as you bring your body into harmony.  We start on your journey from right where you are, and choose recommendations that are easy to implement and that you will be likely to try, use, and keep.  We also deepen your understanding of your body and its processes along the way.

     While it can work wonderfully on its own, Body Harmonics: Fertility Optimization is not intended to replace assisted reproductive technologies such as IVF, IUI, or others, but it can work wonderfully in conjunction with them.  If you are currently working with ARTs, I do not encourage you to discontinue them but would love to provide additional support.  Working with me one-on-one or as a couple are both available options. 

     After an initial complimentary consultation, we start with one of the Basic Program Package structures listed below (there are 4: 2 options for the woman, and 2 for couples), and can either work with it as designed or customize it by adding services, such as adding more massages in, for example.  There is also an option to add more coaching sessions in, and we can discuss that during the complimentary consultation.  There is an increased investment for added services.

 

 

Program Package Options:

Basic Program Package, 3 month option: Harmonic Woman

Maybe you are already on track and simply wanting to give yourself a boost in learning and laying the foundation for great healing, habits, and success.  During this time, we will approach your life and body in an integrative fashion, helping you gain a deeper understanding of your body and implement simple changes to help bring you back closer to your best alignment.  Food choices, physical activity, gentle detoxification, relationships, spirituality, and more are all discussed to help you clear the perfect space for your pregnancy preparation. 

 

How it works:

• We will meet 2(two) times a month for 50 minutes each to discuss your progress and successes, determine where you can best use support during this time, and create recommendations for action steps together that will be easy to implement.  You will also receive complete notes for each session (emailed within 24 hours of the session).

• Working together, we create a customized plan specifically for YOU to help meet your needs.

• Along with the recommendations, you will receive informative handouts, books, food, and other items to help nurture yourself on your journey.

• Email support in between sessions.

• A tour of a local health food store for those in or near the Kansas City and/or Johnson County, KS areas.

• 1(one) 90 minute bodywork session geared specifically to helping clear the body for pregnancy that can combine castor oil pack therapy, energy work, deep tissue, medicinal cupping, reflexology and acupressure points, aromatherapy, and special abdominal work to encourage detoxification and improve blood flow and digestion. 

• A Castor Oil Therapy Take Home Kit to enable you to continue the castor oil therapy after the bodywork session. 

 

Total Investment for Basic Program Package, 3 month option: Harmonic Woman: $580

Can be broken down into:

• 2 payments of $290

• Or 3 monthly payments of $195

Basic Program Package, 3 month option: Harmonious Couple

     This package is designed for couples who want to share in this journey together to ensure both parties are on their way to optimum wellness for fertility.  In these combined sessions, the needs and goals of both partners will be addressed, and the learning happens together.  Bodywork is performed for both partners.

 

How it works:

     This is just like the 3 month Harmonic Woman package, except that the coaching sessions are for the couple together.  Also, there is an added fertility enhancing bodywork session for the partner, as well as their own Castor Oil Therapy Take Home Kit.

 

Total Investment for Basic Program Package, 3 month option: Harmonious Couple:  $860

Can be broken down into:

• 2 payments of $430

• Or 3 monthly payments of $290

 

 

Basic Program Package, 6 month option: Harmonic Woman

     Similar to the 3 month option, but with the added benefit of more time to implement changes and encourage healing and balance in the body.  We still look at learning and laying the foundation for great healing, habits, and success.  During this time, we will approach your life and body in an integrative fashion, helping you gain a deeper understanding of your body and implement simple changes to help bring you back closer to your best alignment.  The extra time helps ensure the new habits can become better ingrained so the healthy choices you implement are even better sustained after you finish your program.  Food choices, physical activity, gentle detoxification, relationships, spirituality, and more are all discussed to help you clear the perfect space for your pregnancy preparation. 

 

How it works:

     This is just like the 3 month Harmonic Woman package, but with a longer timeframe to work with.

 

Total Investment for Basic Program Package, 3 month option: Harmonic Woman: $1,030

Can be broken down into:

• 2 payments of $515,

• 3 payments of $345,

• Or 6 monthly payments of $175

 

 

Basic Program Package, 6 month option: Harmonious Couple
